About Thijn

I’m Thijn Hogeland, 18 years old, and I live in Apeldoorn. I’ve been playing golf since 2022, and since the winter of 2023-2024, I’ve fully committed to it. My goal is clear: to go pro and play on the tour. Everything I do – training, playing tournaments, analyzing, resting – is focused on getting better every day.

I train an average of more than 30 hours per week. In addition to being on the course, I also work on strength, mobility, nutrition, and mindset. I’m part of golfTON, a program for young talents, and I play national tournaments across the Netherlands.

Alongside my personal development, I’m also an entrepreneur. I founded Golf Motive and Golfimprove to help other golfers film, analyze, and improve their game. Everything I create, I use myself. That way, I know for sure it works.
