At Golf Motive, you can easily return your order. We aim to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Return Period

You have 100 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive the product.

Conditions for Returning

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.

• The packaging may be opened, but the product must be returned in good condition.

• Damage or clear signs of use may affect your refund.

How to return?

1. Send an email to support@golfmotive.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.

3. Ship the product within 5 business days after registering your return.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an issue with your order. In that case, we will resolve it at no cost to you.
