Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Golf Motive. By making a purchase through our webshop, you agree to these terms. -
Prices
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and listed in euros, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be displayed separately at checkout and may vary by country. -
Payment
Payment can be made securely via various payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (pay later), and more. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed. -
Shipping and Delivery
Orders within the Netherlands are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL. Delivery times for shipments outside the EU may take up to 5 business days, depending on the shipping service and country.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipment. -
Returns
You have 100 days to return products, starting from the date of your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition, but it does not need to be in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement. -
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, but this only applies with normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, wear and tear from daily use, or modifications to the product.
For example, the warranty does not cover wear on the ground spike of the products. -
Liability
Golf Motive is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use of our products. It is important to follow our instructions and guidelines. -
